Acknowledgment

Thank you for choosing Raises.com Inc with a registered office address at 2967 Dundas St. W. Suite 77, Toronto, ON M6P 1Z2, Canada to provide the 2-Week Ready Raise Repeat product. THIS is what you acknowledge (the “Acknowledgment”).

The Product

 

You acknowledge that Raises.com is providing the Two-Week Ready Raise Repeat product (“Product”) pursuant to this acknowledgement. You understand you will receive the following services in an online platform:

Draft pitch deck and draft subscription agreement

Introductions to legal and/or financial advisors to assist on business plan

Introductions to adminstrative assistants

Support coaching calls

Raises.com Software; Raises.com unlimited websites, forms & surveys

Compensation for Product

Payment shall be issued online on our secure system provided to you (via email or on a call with a Raises.com representative) for one year of access

Communications

You agree that the communication is to be via email to support@raises.com. Raises.com’s office hours are 9amEST to 5pmEST time. The Raises.com support staff typically responds to email within 24-72 hours excluding standard public holiday periods in Canada and the United States of America.

Delivery and Onboarding

After acceptance of this Acknowledgment, you shall get access to the Product no later than one (1) business day.

Governing Law

This Acknowledgment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

No offer or advice

The Website and the Service are provided by Raises.com for information purposes only and do not constitute and should not be construed as a solicitation or offer by Raises.com, or recommendation by Raises.com to acquire or dispose of any investment or to engage in any other transaction whatsoever.

Nothing in the Website or the Service constitutes, and should not be construed as, the provision by Raises.com of investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and it should not be relied on in making an investment or other decision. You should obtain relevant and specific independent professional advice before making any investment or other decision.

No Reliance

Raises.com makes no representation, undertaking or warranty that the information or opinions contained in the Website or the Service are accurate, reliable, up-to-date or complete. Neither Raises.com nor any third party providing any Data guarantees the accuracy of the Data, or the underlying data or any projections based thereon.

The information and opinions contained in the Website and the Service are provided by Raises.com for the Client’s own internal business use and informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

Disclosure

Any coaching or documentation rendered by Raises.com pursuant to this contract may not be disclosed publicly or to any third party in any manner without the prior written approval of Raises.com. All non-public information provided by you to Raises.com will be considered confidential information and shall be maintained as such by Raises.com, except as required by law. You agree to provide Raises.com, among other things, all reasonable information requested or reasonably required by Raises.com.

Outcome

Your experience can affect your success. You acknowledge and agree that Raises.com cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered by Raises.com as a result. Raises.com will use its best efforts, tools, systems, and technologies and does not promise results.

Media Release

You authorizes Raises.com to use your story and/or results from the program as evidence for the program and as an example or case study of the program, and further agree to allow the use of your voice, photo, posts, and likeness captured to be used for future products and/or marketing without compensation to you.

Term and Termination

Raises.com can terminate this Acknowledgment at anytime. You may terminate this Acknowledgment any time after one year any time without cause provided that all compensation is paid by emailing support@raises.com with the subject line “terminate”.

Dataroom Policy

You understand that the creation of draft materials in two two-week delivery period is Raises.com’s target; however, it is dependent on your ability to respond to Raises.com inquiries. You accept responsibility for collaborating with Raises.com staff to finalize materials and waive any right to hold Raises.com liable for delays or seek remedies or compensation due to the delay.

Honesty Policy

At Raises.com, we stand behind the ability of our systems to get customers results when customers spend the time utilizing, studying, and implementing what they learn in their company. Within 7 (seven) calendar days after (“the limited period”), we offer an action-based policy. 7 (seven) calendar days after acceptance of this Acknowledgment (“the limited period”) all sales are final. You can apply for a full refund by emailing support@Raises.com after you do the following steps during the limited period:

Submitted the “Dataroom” form to complete all action items if applicable with a deal or company of a proper and complete dataroom.

 

Ask the Raises.com team for help by emailing support@raises.com have access to our coaches personally where you can talk with them 1-on-1, live, at least once per week at no extra cost to you.

Make an honest attempt: This means you put in effort over the limited period. An example of an “honest” attempt would be applying for work over the limited period and participating in the training. A dishonest attempt would be not contacting Raises.com after purchasing its services or waiting the final day of the limited period and then doing all the steps in this section in one day all together and downloading our proprietary data. If our support staff can clearly see the member has not put in an honest effort, they reserve the right to deny any refund.

If any member engages in fraudulent or unlawful business activities, or is found to have any legal proceedings, historic, or present, to suggest such fraudulent or unlawful behaviour, all services and memberships will be halted permanently without refund.
You may not request refunds to get access to services from other companies.

We do this to protect the value of our information, and coaching. It is our responsibility to offer technology, strategies, training, and coaching to the best of our efforts to Companies. It is your responsibility to apply the techniques, training, and coaching. If you do not apply the strategies it is, unfortunately, your fault. No refunds, full or partial are given to customers on a payment plan (2 monthly payments, or 3 monthly payments). In the event of default on a payment plan, access to the Services will be halted at full discretion of Raises.com until compensation is paid. Should Companies wish to get a refund on a payment plan, Raises.com may elect to stop your payment if it’s within the limited period policy window. After the limited period window, all sales are final. Raises.com is not obligated to reply to rejected refund requests. No refunds are given in case of account termination due to violations. You agree that they will not contact their credit card company for a refund during the limited period until all compensation is paid or Raises.com.
