Raises.com, a brand operated by Aeropolis Capital is pleased to announce Raises.com’s Self-Serve Investment Banking™ System and our partnership with Labruta Capital.
Raises.com’s new corporate associates are established with diverse backgrounds to spearhead the novel Self-Serve Investment Banking™ System. Aeropolis Capital’s recent ultra-premium brand acquisition of Raises.com, will assist our clients, including Labruta Capital by boosting instant recognition as a world-class simplifier amongst capital allocators.
Capital Raises – Raises.com’s Self-Serve-Investment Banking™
At present, Raises.com created the Self-Serve-Investment Banking™ system which addresses systematic problems with global lower-middle market capital raising systems.
Many middle-market entrepreneurs who raise capital are left without transparency, relying on vague promises with no granular or verifiable feedback from consultants and broker-dealers for $1m-$100m capital raises. This results in many founders failing to raise capital despite paying over fifty thousand to millions of dollars to broker-dealers, lawyers, public-relations firms, and financial analysts without results. The result: companies lose control of their capital-raising campaign due to information hoarding from consultants.
Thus, Raises.com created Self-Serve Investment Banking™ – a self-sovereign, turn-key system that helps companies raise capital. Since March 2021, over $710m in capital raises began utilizing the system, including Lebruta Capital.

Labruta Capital’s Inaugural Fund
Labruta Capital is creating a special situation fund to make controlled investments into assets across the United States. Drawing from the team’s prior experience on over 1700 transactions, Labruta Capital will help promising companies avoid Chapter 11 bankruptcy by engaging in Article 9 transactions to preserve the companies, create new stable debt instruments after financing, and retain economic value.
By striping distressed companies of liabilities and working with select cohorts of founders, the fund will create innovative financial solutions for family offices and accredited investors, as well as assist companies through the recovery process after the Coronavirus pandemic.
Like Raises.com, Labruta Capital has a wide ecosystem of partners around and is a leader in providing infrastructure support services to transaction facilitation in a wide variety of situations. As part of this Joint Venture Agreement, Raises.com has agreed to assist Labruta Capital in both the deal origination portion, as well on the capital raising portion.
Raises.com and Labruta Capital both work with best-in-class companies that are seeking to raise new sources of capital, and since the two companies are complementary rather than competitive in their services, the two companies have agreed to collaborate in assisting such clients throughout the spectrum of services such Issuers require.
‘We are excited to work with Labruta Capital. The selection standards for assisting distressed businesses and background experience behind how they operate have been defined with thorough attention to a professional code of ethics and conduct to a level we seldom get to see.’
‘When you then complement this high level of governance with their impact goals, and financial products, joining them as a joint venture partner was an easy decision for us to make, since our goal at Raises.com is to also have a global footprint to help our clients,’ said Natu Myers, of Raises.com
