Brand Manual · 2026
Raises.com visual identity
A unified and consistent use of these guidelines is how we strengthen the equity of Raises.com®. They are written for anyone producing communications that stage the brand: social posts, decks, partner materials, and press.
Welcome
Please take time to read and understand these principles. They keep Raises.com distinctive across every channel.
This manual covers the visual identity toolkit: the wordmark, logo mark, M4 type system, corporate palette, clear space, digital applications, merchandise, and editorial voice. Relative size and position of identity elements are fixed. Do not invent new lockups.
The Raises.com wordmark is the only identity element that may be given to third parties for use in their communications, and only when the rules in this manual are followed.
About Raises.com
Raises.com helps people buying businesses and real estate raise and structure capital.
We provide packaging, outreach infrastructure, CRM, and advisory for acquisition entrepreneurs, sponsors, and fund managers. The brand should feel institutional and direct: cool paper, deep ink, one blue, and typography that reads like capital advisory, not a startup pitch deck.
It is more than a fundraising tool. It is Raises.com.
Overview
The visual identity is more than a badge. It stands for who we are: institutional capital advisory for buyers of hard assets.
Raises.com wordmark
Primary expression. Clearest communication of the brand name. Flexible for third-party use under these rules.
Icon / tight crop
For favicons and constrained spaces. Prefer the wordmark whenever the full name can read.
The Raises.com wordmark
The wordmark may be used in any application provided the color, background, and clear-space rules are strictly followed.

Ink on Paper

White on Deep Ink

White on Raises Blue
XXXXClear space X equals the vertical height of the capital R. No other visual element may intrude.
- The Raises.com wordmark is the primary expression of the visual identity. It may be used in third-party communications when these rules are followed.
- Use only approved color and background combinations shown in this manual.
- Do not place the wordmark on a highly patterned background or busy photograph without a clean panel behind it.
- Do not alter the letterforms, add shadows, outlines, underlines, or gradients.
- Maintain clear space equal to the height of the capital R on every side. No other element may enter that zone.
- The wordmark is a stand-alone element. Do not set it in-line as part of a headline or sentence.
- Minimum digital height: 24px. Print: at least 0.5 in.
The logo mark
Use when the full wordmark will not read. Keep proximity to the Raises.com name whenever possible.
App icon / mark
- The logo mark (tight crop / icon) is for favicons, app icons, and tight spaces where the full wordmark will not read.
- Do not invent a new monogram or redraw the R.
- Third parties should prefer the full wordmark. Use of the logo mark alone in advertising requires approval.
Unacceptable uses
Do not alter the identity. These examples fail the standard.

Primary typography
Type creates a distinctive and consistent look across all communications, and helps the reader navigate with impact and clarity.
The Raises.com M4 system uses two families only. Newsreader is the primary display face (serif). Satoshi is the primary body and UI face (sans). Both are loaded on every M4 public page via loadM4Fonts.
Creates the institutional voice of Raises.com. Reserved for headlines, display lockups, section titles, and large numerals (prices, funded amounts). Weight 400 is the default. Use italic (.serif-em) for a single emphasis word inside a headline, never for whole paragraphs.
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz 0123456789
Raise capital with clarity.
Capital structure for acquisitions.
Strategy before outreach.
| Style | Class | Size | Line / tracking | Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Display | .display | clamp(3.2rem, 7vw, 5.6rem) | 1.0 / -0.025em | Hero lockups |
| H1 | .h1 | clamp(2.4rem, 5.5vw, 4.4rem) | 1.04 / -0.015em | Page titles |
| H2 | .h2 | clamp(1.8rem, 3.2vw, 2.4rem) | 1.04 / -0.015em | Section titles |
- Always set Newsreader at weight 400 unless a specimen calls for 500.
- Tracking on display sizes is tight (−0.015em to −0.025em). Do not letterspace headlines.
- Do not use Newsreader for buttons, forms, kickers, or long body copy.
- Do not substitute Playfair, Times, or other serifs on Raises.com marketing.

| Style | Class | Size | Line / tracking | Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Body | .m4-page | 17px | 1.7 / 0 | Default paragraph |
| Lead | .lead | clamp(1.1rem, 1.5vw, 1.35rem) | 1.6 / 0 | Supporting intro (max ~60ch) |
| Kicker | .kicker | 10px | 1 / 0.24em | Uppercase section label |
| Button | .btn | 14px | 1 / 0.04em | Uppercase CTA · weight 700 |
- Kickers and buttons are always uppercase Satoshi with the tracking shown above.
- Body uses tabular nums and antialiased rendering (set globally on .m4-page).
- Do not use Inter, Helvetica, or Arial as the primary face on M4 marketing pages.
- If Satoshi cannot load on a third-party tool, system-ui is the only acceptable temporary substitute for body; headlines should still use Newsreader when possible.

Live specimen on this page is set in the same faces as raises.com. Display: Newsreader. UI: Satoshi.
Corporate palette
Color is a great identifier. Proper application of the palette keeps Raises.com credible and consistent.
Raises Blue does the brand work. Paper and Ink carry most of the surface. Use blue as an accent (roughly a small share of any layout), not as a full-bleed default. Avoid purple, teal, and warm “startup” gradients when staging the company.
Signature accent. CTAs, links, logo on light. Use sparingly.
Headlines and body on paper.
Default light surface for marketing.
Captions and muted labels.
Dark bands and dark social canvases.
Type and wordmark on Deep Ink.
Spacing and rhythm
Quiet margins and fixed clear space signal care. Crowded layouts look unofficial.
Equal to the height of the capital R on all four sides of the wordmark.
Marketing layouts max 1200px wide with gutter clamp(20px, 5vw, 56px).
Vertical section padding clamp(80px, 12vw, 180px). Prefer one idea per band.
At least 8% of the shortest canvas edge. Do not pin the logo into a corner.
Digital and social applications
Use the wordmark as a stand-alone element. Keep your own brand primary on your channels.
Our name
- Write Raises.com as one word with a capital R. On first prominent mention in public copy, Raises.com®.
- Use the name factually: client of Raises.com, strategy call with Raises.com, built on Raises.com.
- Keep your own brand more prominent than Raises.com on your channels.
Do not
- Do not use Raises or Raises.com in your company name, product name, domain, or social handle.
- Do not imply endorsement, employment, or exclusive partnership without a written agreement.
- Do not use Raises.com as a verb or as a generic word for fundraising.
For carousels and one-pagers: Newsreader headlines, Satoshi captions, Raises Blue accents on Paper or Deep Ink. Tag the official Raises.com account when sharing a real experience. Do not create lookalike handles or “official” fan pages.
Merchandise
Treat the identity with respect. Corporate items follow this manual strictly. Lifestyle items still need approval before production.

Do not distort letterforms or set the name in a different typeface on apparel.
Editorial guidelines
The Raises.com voice is confident and direct. It believes capital should be accessible to people buying real assets.
Do
- Write as a senior capital advisor: direct, warm, value-first.
- Lead with the acquisition or real-estate problem, then the next step.
- Prefer short sentences. Cut words that do not carry meaning.
- Use full https:// URLs for booking links.
Do not
- Never use em dashes.
- Never use forced negation (“It’s not X, it’s Y”) as a style tic.
- Never say “sorry” in customer-facing copy; thank them for their patience.
- Never invent results or imply Raises.com guarantees capital.
