Support Stuck? raises.com/support books a live walkthrough. Reference this guide in the ticket.
Referral link vs CRM entry (when to use which) Scenario Best action Where to check results Prospect ready to book a call Send raises.com/YourName or raises.com/refer/code Bookings tab + /code/stats Warm intro, not ready to book CRM → Refer Clients form with context in notes Referrals list + Raises.com outreach updates You met someone at an event Same-day: referral page + ICP brief link Stats dashboard weekly Need commission / billing help Portal → Payments or book support Partner agreement + support call
Troubleshooting Problem Fix Magic link expired Request a new link on the login screen. Check spam for raises.com. Portal looks empty Confirm you are on the agreement email. Book support to reprovision the seat. Referral not showing Allow a few minutes after submit. Also check public stats; attribution may be link-only. Cannot send email/SMS Some partner seats are read-only on outreach. Raises.com team sends on your referred leads. Card declined Update at raises.com/card before support calls.
