    How to use the Raises.com CRM

    Screenshots-style walkthrough of the real product: where to click, what each tab does, and how referral partners track intros, bookings, and commissions. Print this page for onboarding.

    Visual walkthrough

    Follow these screens in order. Every deep link opens the right tab inside the CRM. Bookmark raises.com/crm?tab=portal-referrals for one-click access to referrals.

    Step 1 · Log in

    1. Open raises.com/crm (mobile: raises.com/crm/mobile).
    2. Enter the email on your partner agreement.
    3. Use magic link from your inbox, or password if you set one.

    Step 2 · Learn the top bar

    After login you land in the CRM shell. Partners use four areas most:

    • Inbox – email/SMS threads on contacts Raises.com shares with your account
    • Bookings – strategy calls booked from your referral links
    • Leads – searchable contact list with status labels
    • Menu → Portal – client portal (referrals, files, payments, courses)

    Step 3 · Open Referrals in the Portal

    1. Click MenuPortal, or go to crm?tab=portal-referrals.
    2. In the portal, open the Referrals section (earn commissions hub).

    The green Refer Clients button opens the submission form (Step 4).

    Step 4 · Submit a referral in the CRM

    1. Click Refer Clients (Free).
    2. Fill Name, Email (required), Phone, and Notes (asset class, deal size, geography).
    3. Submit. Status starts as pending, moves to contacted when Raises.com reaches out, then completed on close.

    Hands-off path: send prospects to your public page instead. The CRM still attributes clicks/bookings to your code automatically.

    Step 5 · Track bookings from your links

    1. Open crm?tab=bookings or click the Bookings tab.
    2. Filter upcoming vs past. Each row shows name, time, source, and referral attribution when present.
    3. Click a row to open the full contact thread (email + SMS history).

    Public stats dashboard (clicks, channels, geography) lives at raises.com/[code]/stats outside the CRM.

    Step 6 · Read a contact thread (Inbox / Leads)

    1. Inbox – unread replies and outbound follow-ups in one queue. crm?tab=emails
    2. Leads – search by name, email, or phone; open any row for the 360 view. crm?tab=leads
    3. Status labels show booked, paid, DNC, or triage. Click a message to reply (when your seat has send access).

    crm?tab=portal-files – upload LOIs, decks, and deal docs for active raises (white-label tiers).

    Payments

    crm?tab=portal-payments – view invoices and platform dues. Update card at raises.com/card.

    Troubleshooting

    Magic link expiredRequest a new link on the login screen. Check spam for raises.com.
    Portal looks emptyConfirm you are on the agreement email. Book support to reprovision the seat.
    Referral not showingAllow a few minutes after submit. Also check public stats; attribution may be link-only.
    Cannot send email/SMSSome partner seats are read-only on outreach. Raises.com team sends on your referred leads.

    Top referral partners can present Raises.com fulfillment under their own brand:

    • Co-branded referral pages and email from your domain (setup via support)
    • Client-facing data rooms and status updates inside your CRM franchise
    • Commission on closes per your partner agreement (default referral rate: 20%)
