Job Description: Raises.com is seeking a Support Officer to uphold our high standards of client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Team Supervision: Manage Raises.com staff, ensuring consistent attendance and effective task delegation via ClickUp.
    • Automations (Make.com and Zapier): Implement automation tools to enhance team coordination and streamline operations.
    • Database Management: Oversee and execute general administrative and social media posting tasks
  2. Client Support:
    • Client Support Management: Handle and resolve support tickets efficiently, and ensure timely and effective responses to support tickets.
    • Community Interaction: Engage with our online community, addressing inquiries and feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management and/or client support
  • Basic understanding of finance and capital markets
  • Proficiency with ClickUp for project management tasks.
  • Perfect communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of GoHighLevel and marketing/sales principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated, aligning with Raises.com’s mission (Raises.com/mission)
