Job Description: Raises.com is seeking a Support Officer to uphold our high standards of client service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Team Supervision: Manage Raises.com staff, ensuring consistent attendance and effective task delegation via ClickUp.
- Automations (Make.com and Zapier): Implement automation tools to enhance team coordination and streamline operations.
- Database Management: Oversee and execute general administrative and social media posting tasks
- Client Support:
- Client Support Management: Handle and resolve support tickets efficiently, and ensure timely and effective responses to support tickets.
- Community Interaction: Engage with our online community, addressing inquiries and feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management and/or client support
- Basic understanding of finance and capital markets
- Proficiency with ClickUp for project management tasks.
- Perfect communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel and marketing/sales principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Independent and self-motivated, aligning with Raises.com’s mission (Raises.com/mission)
